At Westfield School, we aim to create well-rounded, self-motivated individuals who are healthy, confident, happy and achieve highly.  We will inspire children to learn skills for life, develop a growth mindset and, in partnership with parents, build a supportive environment that enables growing confidence and good mental health and wellbeing for all. We believe that our school should provide a caring, positive, safe and stimulating environment that promotes the social, physical, emotional and moral development of the individual child. We teach our children the 3 R’s: When they walk through the door in the morning, we encourage children to be Respectful, Responsible and Ready to Learn.

In order for our children to become active citizens and make a positive contribution to their community, we teach Essential Skills for Life through the Skills Builder programme.
